Since all Relyon Products are available freely for evaluation purposes, it is considered that buyer has evaluated the product and made the purchase to his/her satisfaction. Further the buying happens through a self explanatory process which will finally culminate in you making the payment through a Credit Card in a secured and controlled environment, it is assumed that all the Orders that have been received have been placed by the customer(s) carefully. So, Relyonsoft.com doesn't provide any facility for cancellation of orders.

All orders received will be processed instantaneously as per license selected by the customer and respective PIN NO [needed for obtaining license key] will be displayed on screen as well as emailed to the customer [to the email address registered on website]. If you find the PIN NO is not delivered properly, or does not belong to the product selected, you can email your query to support@relyonsoft.com. The issue would be addressed within 8 working hours.

Since there is no such customer accessible option as ‘Cancellation of an Order’, no refunds of any sort would be made against any order.

However, in case of any instance of wrongly made multiple payments is found against any order, the excess debited amount will be credited back to the customer's credit card as per the agreement of Relyon Softech Limited with the Payment Gateway service provider bank. Such cases occurred, will be treated as cancelled, after consultation through appropriate media and consent from the customer.
