Relyon offers implementation service to Saral PayPack. This add-on service is provided to customers of Payroll software, on a chargeable basis. The process involves requirement analysis, configuration of software as per Payroll Structure and processing single month data to match with existing system of customer. Onsite support is offered to Relyon customers based on the requirement arise. This service is a chargeable service and covers all geographical areas of India. Once the request is registered by customer for an onsite support, the visit will be scheduled and intimated to customer, along with charges applicable.
