Dear Sir, We are glad to inform you that EPF department considers the PF Accounting year from March to succeding February of the calender year. So the relevant data of PF annual return should include the details from March Salary (Paid in April) to February Salary (Paid in March), and not that of Accounting Fiscal.
While generation of Form 3A in Saral PayPack, It automatically takes care of this matter. Let us know if any thing more details required.
a While printing Form 5 and Form 10 under PF, Saral PayPack is considering the employees left or joined in previous month, whereas it should include the current month data. Can you please help me in rectifying this error. - Hayavadhan Rao, Bangalore

Dear Sir, In Saral PayPack, If you go to Menu-> Initial Settings-> Option Settings-> General Options, you can find a checkbox "In PF Form 5 & 10 Print Previous Month Data". Please disable this check box.
As several users print the last month data in current month Form 5 or Form 10 return, this option has been provided. Let us know if any thing more details required.
