Symptoms:
If you try to access any of the Excel reports
or excel related interfaces (Import/Export),
The program results an error message "Run
time error; 2147023067 (80070725) Automation
error"
Cause: The system files
(dll) related to Excel create conflict
with the system files in Relyon Setup.
Resolution:
Download
the setup "excelpatch.exe" to
your desktop. Install the setup file to
its default Path. After Installation, "ExcelProbFix"
Icon will be created in the desktop. Run
the patch file to Fix the problem.
Symptoms:
If you try to start or install a Relyon
Product on your Windows XP/2000 -based computer,
you may receive an error message "C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt
The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.
Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."
Cause: The file "Autoexec.nt"
is missing in System32 folder
Resolution:
(a) Download the file and paste
it in the location" c:\windows\system32"
or "C:\Winnt\System32". OR (b)
Copy the Autoexec.nt file from
the Repair folder in Windows to the System
folder.
Symptoms:
If you try to open a Relyon Product on any
of Windows operating system, the initialization
(startup) screen will just flash and disappear.
Cause: The file "Igtoolbars50.ocx"
is missing in System/System32 folder
Resolution:
(a) Download the file and paste
it in the location" c:\windows\system32"
or "C:\Windows\System". OR (b)
Copy the Igtoolbars50.ocx file
from the Repair folder in Windows to the
System folder.
Symptoms:
If you try to open any Reports based on
Crystal platform, an error message appears
as "Error in Crystal report: XXXXX"
Cause: The files related
to crystal are corrupted/missing/not properly
registered.
Resolution:
(a) Download
the exe "fixcrystal" to your desktop.
Open the exe. Click OK to welcome message.
Click on 'Browse' button, and select the
installation folder (C:\Program Files\RelyonSoft\software)
and click on OK. Now Click on 'Unzip' button.
Click OK on the next message. Command prompt
runs for a while and exits. Crystal problems
will get fixed automatically. OR(b) Download
the setup "crystl32.exe" to your
desktop. Install the crystal in its default
path shown. Further uninstall 'Crystal Reports'.
through control panel-> Add/Remove programs.
Finally install Crystl32.exe in its default
path. The Crystal problems get solved.
Symptoms:
Even after connecting the Hardware Lock
to Printer port, The product not getting
registered. Still the product/s are displayed
in Trial Version.
Cause: The respective
product (Code) might be missing in the
Lock or Hardware Lock Driver might not
got installed
Resolution:
(a) Download
the exe "RSLReadHL.exe" to your
desktop. Open the exe. Click on "Read"
Button. Verify the Products (codes) written
in that hardware lock. If the respective
product does not exist, email the matter
to support@relyonsoft.com. AND/OR(b) Download
the setup "hardware.exe" to your
desktop. Install Hardware lock the driver
in its default path shown. Restart the system
immediately after installing the driver.
Verify the registration of the product in
Help-> About. The Hardware Lock problem
get solved.
Symptoms:
While clicking e-Returns, prompts a message
"Java Runtime Not Found".
Cause: NSDL FVU for
F. Y. 2005-06 requires JRE to be installed
in the System.
Resolution:
(a) Install JRE from Relyon SaralTDS
CD. OR (b) Download
JRE from www.java.com and install it in
the computer, where SaralTDS is installed.
Symptoms:
The data of Infosmruthi cannot be viewed
in ivyOffice.
Cause: The database
format of Infosmruthi is different from
that of ivyOffice
Resolution:
The data should be converted to
the data base format of ivyOffice through
"smruthitoivy.zip". Download
the file and extract it to "temp"
folder. [Note that the exe file should be
along with the data base file (Asset.mdb)].
Open the exe and select the infosmruthi
data file (smruthi.mdb). Now give a new
ivyOffice data file name and click on "Create"
button. New ivyOffice data file, identical
to that of smruthi will be created in the
"temp" folder.
